Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If your product comes with a warranty, please activate it. If something happens to the product while under warranty, reach out to the company who the warranty is with for assistance with your product.
If you are having troubles reaching out to the company with the warranty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a full description of the situation.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Check with your credit card company or your bank to determine if your refund has arrived. You may see the refund as a ‘pending’ transaction which will be printed or entered on your next statement.
Refunds can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you’ve check with the bank or credit card and 3 weeks have passed, email us.

Sale Items (if applicable)
All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges on clearance or sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will accept unopened products with return authorization approval number. You must contact kiss@uncensoredkiss, with the subject line: Exchange, in order to see if you are applicable.
We do not do gifts, if you want it personalized we recommend you send it to yourself then send it out as you want. All of our shipments go out in a brown box for discretion.
Returns (if applicable) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If your product is defective, we will replace it. Alternatively we also suggest activating the warranty and then contact the company to let them know. As they may be faster to get the product to you, inform them where you purchased from.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you recieve a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may takes may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You can request an order cancellation. However, once your order hits the floor we will not be able to interrupt it.

Note: You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number in order to start the process of exchanging or refunding. The RMA must be included with all correspondence and packaging related to your product. To obtain your RMA please email email@example.com, please put the subject line as RMA Request. In the email we include why you are requesting a refund/exchange.
Once we’ve received your item and inspected it, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and advising you of any eligibility for a refund.
